Wisdom of the Medicine Wheel – Spiritual Attributes of Each Season

Facilitated by Chris Moses, Featherheart Holistic Ministries. A series of four workshops throughout the year will offer medicine wheel teachings as well as guided meditation to help you become aware and connected to the spiritual attributes of each season. Our first workshop will be in March:

Nature's energies and its natural cycles can teach us about the movement and changes in our everyday lives. By becoming connected to nature and the change of seasons, we can heighten our sensitivity, awaken our intuition, learn balance and have more stillness in our lives.

Learn the ancient wisdom and symbolic meanings of all that creation has to show us and celebrate the gifts of Mother Earth's renewal and rebirth. Each workshop will offer medicine wheel teachings as well as an experiential guided meditation to help you become aware and connected to the spiritual attributes of each season. In this one, we will experience ceremony and ritual in community while celebrating the mysteries of the Spring Equinox. You will gain a deeper understanding of yourself through living the medicine wheel and its sacred wisdom. Bring a drum or rattle if you have one.

Drumming Circle – Ken Kolter & Chris Moses

This is intentional drumming, patterned after Sweat Lodge ceremonies where intentions are put forth for healing, gratitude, forgiveness & celebration.

Gong Meditation with Energy Healing – Ken Kolter & Diane Joy

Experience the soothing power of a 30" Earth Gong combined with Energy Healing. Thursday, March 18 6:30 - 8:00 pm $40.00 (Bring a blanket/yoga mat, pillow & water. Chairs available.)
